On 9 September 2026, Comac Medical Group became Clarenta, marking a new chapter in our evolution as a European clinical development partner.
The new identity reflects how our organisation has grown, from the clinical research foundations established by Comac Medical in 1997 to a more integrated partner connecting development strategy, regulatory expertise, early-phase research and clinical delivery.
Inspired by clarity, Clarenta expresses the role we aim to play for our clients: providing clear guidance, transparent communication, and experienced support through complex clinical development. While our name has changed, the expertise, trusted relationships and commitment behind our work remain.
