On 9 September 2026, Comac Medical Group became Clarenta, marking a new chapter in our evolution as a European clinical development partner.
The new identity reflects how our organisation has grown, from the clinical research foundations established by Comac Medical in 1997 to a more integrated partner connecting development strategy, regulatory expertise, early-phase research and clinical delivery.
Inspired by clarity, Clarenta expresses the role we play for our clients: providing clear guidance, transparent communication, and experienced support through complex clinical development. While our name has changed, the expertise, trusted relationships and commitment behind our work remain.
Leads To Development joins Clarenta Group
Leads To Development (L2D) has joined Clarenta Group, adding specialist non-clinical development, manufacturing and regulatory expertise to our capabilities. Based in Paris, L2D brings more than 15 years of experience supporting biotech and pharmaceutical companies through early drug development.
This partnership strengthens the connection between decisions made before the clinic and the clinical trials that follow. Together, we help clients align early evidence, manufacturing and regulatory plans with the requirements of first-in-human research.
Combining L2D’s experience with our early development consulting, Early Phase Unit and clinical delivery capabilities gives clients more connected support from preclinical strategy through first-in-human trials and beyond.
